I got a tattoo on June 2024 by @bankai.tattoos. That was my first tattoo and the whole experience was neat. I've received many compliments, even from other artists, who told me that the artist must be really skilled to perform this kind of work (fine and straight lines). I had an incredible experience at this tattoo studio located in the heart of Helsinki. I was interested to have my tattoo done by the guest artist @Ilariatattooart (they host many talented visiting artists, which is amazing!) and the staff were exceptionally nice and polite, making the booking process effortless. The studio itself is cozy and impeccably clean, decorated with posters and paintings in diverse styles that create a welcoming atmosphere. Every step of the process, from the initial consultation and tattoo session to the aftercare instructions, was thoroughly explained, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed.The entire team was friendly, professional, and passionate about art. Ilaria also created a wonderful desing and all the experience was truly memorable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best tattoo studios in Helsinki. I found them by accident 2/3 years ago for a memorial tattoo, and I have added 2 (almost full) sleeves and a smaller ankle tattoo, from 3 different artists. The range of styles across all of them is huge, and the talent is second to none. Last, but absolutely not least, the place is spacious, clean, and the atmosphere is really nice and welcoming. I've felt at home right away. Possibly why I keep going back 😅 Hot tip: a really really cool up and coming streetwear brand AND printing workshop (It's Steezy) is also hiding in the same premises.
